Mughlai House opened in Galaxy Mall, Patia, with a simple idea: this part of Bhubaneswar is full of people who want a proper meal without a long wait. Students between classes. IT professionals with an hour for lunch. Families after a Sunday afternoon of shopping.

They deserve real cooking biryani finished on dum, kebabs from a working tandoor, gravies built on whole spices not reheated shortcuts. And they deserve it without waiting forty minutes for it. So we built the kitchen around that. Prep starts early. The line is organised. Nothing important gets rushed, but nothing sits waiting either.
